Lived here for two years. The apartment was filthy when we moved in with a crack in the ceiling. Landlord lets herself into our apartment whenever she pleases with no notice, even if we are not there. We got an ant infestation from the crack in the ceiling and the landlord did nothing. Our electricity went out and they did not do anything for almost 24 hours. The lady that is the apartment manager is great and helpful! She is down to earth. The owners though, they are ruthless assholes! The owners care nothing about their tenants and will do anything to leave them high and dry. I had a major plumbing issue and the owners tried to make me pay for it!
Oh yeah the depot is wonderful but if you live at their other complex on the other side of town you get window units that don’t heat unless they’re at 80° when it’s 6° outside or hot water because they don’t insulate the water heaters. Can’t wait till my lease is up in August.
