I love it here management and maintenance are top notch. location is great. I like the apartment layout. stores are close as well as restaurants and bars. rents are reasonable. amenities are very nice.
Wonderful Apartment Living I lived in the Denver House for a total of ~5 years. The management was always friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect for walking to just about anything. My apartment was on the 11th floor facing West with an awe inspiring view. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Amazing Apartments I love the management at this property, always helpful and nice and caring. I had the west facing apartment with an amazing view of the mountains with no buildings in the way. Great neighbors as well same with the amazing maintenance, they always responded quick and always fixed the issue in a timely manner.

Shady management, read this before applying to live here – I went in to the look at the place on a Thursday with my husband and we decided to apply for it as we were told it would be a $99.00 security deposit to get us moved in. I wrote the checks for the application fees and $99 deposit. Jane told me the application fee was non refundable but the deposit was just to hold the apartment pending approval from both parties and she assured us she would get back to us the next day.
