We had a decent first experience and that's pretty much where it ends. The hygienist did a super thorough job, HOWEVER front desk staff could use some SERIOUS training. We had a follow up cleaning scheduled for April 17th. That was obviously canceled and we called last week to reschedule. When I called, I spoke to Cindy (the dentists WIFE/MOTHER) whom has never been nice. This is what happened.... Attentive front desk, pleasant waiting room and two great dentists who have all the latest equipment and make you feel right at home....
I can't say enough about this practice. Dr. Sam and his team were great and provided me with two treatment options to consider in a pressure free environment. I couldn't be happier with the results and with the attentive care they provided. The front desk staff are courteous and professional too which makes the entire process seamless and enjoyable! If you're looking for a dentist in North Naples, look no further as this team is the best!
