I recently had a scale and polish at this dental practice, and I can confidently say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped through the door, the reception staff greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that it immediately set a positive tone. The clinician was exceptionally skilled and attentive. Booked an appointment which was cancelled last minute because the dentist was sick, and they couldn’t fit me in for another two weeks. So I made another appointment over a month later. I even got a confirmation email! Called on the day to double check, only to be told it had been cancelled again. They offered to squeeze me in later that day, right in peak hour traffic, but I’d already taken time off work for a midday appointment to avoid exactly that.
