Absolutely a wonderful experience, iv only been here a super short time, but my word these folks are the kindest, most human, and lovely souls ever, everyone working here has been so kinda to me and my mama, we never wanna leave! Amazing humans here and I hope they all know that! Their work is amazing, super gentle and Thorough! Explains everything extremely well and listens to your concerns, just all of the experience was lovely
Peace - Trust - Confidence is what you get when you experience the Dentist Office at Berea. A connection was made through the intake quality which brought peace to my situation. The personal touch during the beginnings of the process provided a trust for the continuation of my visit. The consultation and explanation were paced to match my understanding while continuing the process with confidence in their ability to execute.
HIGHLY recommend this office. I had a bad toothache and required extractions. The experience i had here was insane. Dr.yates went into deep detail and led me the right direction to receive CORRECT service. Adrianna also was great with positive feedback about the process and made me feel comfortable about what was about to go down. Whole office was great. Hard to find a spot where they actually care about what they do. DOC CALLED ME AT 9pm to make sure I’m good. THATS REAL!!!! KEEP BEING GREAT DR. YATES AND THE TEAM!
I my Dentist Best Dentist in the upstate hands down !! You will not only find the best , nicest most caring Dentist ever at the Dentist office at Berea !! But also the best staff in the world!! I booked my appointment online because I was having some jaw pain and thought it might be from my wisdom tooth. The staff were really friendly, and checking in was super easy. They were upfront about everything and explained my options when it came to X-rays. Shelley, the dental assistant, was awesome.
