Some employees are not knowledgeable of all things, VERY DISAPPOINTING. Went in for an examine on yesterday, was told I needed a deep cleaning but that my insurance didn't cover it. I was given an estimated amount and was told the person who handles the insurance side left early but wld double check later. I called the insurance office to confirm & they did. My sister went to visit Dr. Miller because she needed a tooth pulled, she was in a lot of much pain. He looked in her mouth, backed up and said when was the last time you were at a dentist? He acted like he was afraid to come near her, she was so upset, he made her feel terrible. He looked at his assistant and said you're going to need to reschedule her.
