I love this place!! I went here after not being to a dentist in 5 years and they were so nice! The Dr is soooo fast! I have horrible dental anxiety and he really just gets in there and gets it done. It was really intense for me getting like 7 fillings done on my upper jaw but it was so fast I really can’t complain. He also told me my teeth look really good (even though I had a bunch of cavities) and we got all my fillings done and now I feel like a whole new person. Do not bring your kids here. They have no understanding or respect for parents or young children. Mostly rude front desk staff. Ridiculous to cancel my child’s appointment when we walk in and waited for 2 minutes till desk staff came back from wherever, to the tell us we’re 10 minutes late… We were exactly 8 minutes late because of traffic and then were waiting to be seen for the 2 extra minutes and somehow that’s our fault desk girl wasn’t at her station? No where on the website does it say if your a specific number late ap... read more
From the moment I arrive to when the procedures are finished, Dr. Okafor and his staff work together seamlessly to make sure I have excellent care and a stress-free experience! Updating insurance info, explaining every step, listening to my concerns, always performing kind dental care--I gratefully give The Dentist at Felida team my highest recommendations!
Did a great job repairing my tooth after a very old filing chipped and fell out. No nonsense, straight to the point. Dentist was pleasant, had a funny sense of humor and positive interaction with my kids. Definitely recommend (unless you need a dentist that sugar coats to save your feelings).
Made an appointment for Friday at 1 on their website but once I got there it was closed? Why was i able to make an appointment if yall ain't open? :(
