We had a change in insurance and needed a new dentist. Fortunately The Dentist at Felida takes our new insurance. From scheduling to exam, everything was smooth. Everyone was kind and friendly. Receptionist to hygienist to dentist, all awesome! Highly recommend!
Went to the dentist to have 1 tooth pulled as a emergency...we all know the nagging pain un bear able....I got the bad news I needed 6 pulled not 1 keep in mind it was a emergency appointment..after the 6 got pulled the first 1hour or so not so good...the numbing is gone and 3 hours later a little soar but OMG thank you...ps i have state insurance and was treated very very well
I love this place!! I went here after not being to a dentist in 5 years and they were so nice! The Dr is soooo fast! I have horrible dental anxiety and he really just gets in there and gets it done. It was really intense for me getting like 7 fillings done on my upper jaw but it was so fast I really can’t complain. He also told me my teeth look really good (even though I had a bunch of cavities) and we got all my fillings done and now I feel like a whole new person. Do not bring your kids here. They have no understanding or respect for parents or young children. Mostly rude front desk staff. Ridiculous to cancel my child’s appointment when we walk in and waited for 2 minutes till desk staff came back from wherever, to the tell us we’re 10 minutes late… We were exactly 8 minutes late because of traffic and then were waiting to be seen for the 2 extra minutes and somehow that’s our fault desk girl wasn’t at her station?
