I’m never coming here again! Dr. Okafor didn’t even tell me what he was going to do on my tooth before he did it and I asked him before he started. He started drilling the stain off my tooth which I thought was decay under my filling. That tooth is sensitive as is and he didn’t even numb me until I said something. He was very rude to me and said if I just want to argue I can just leave. Didn’t even say goodbye or anything to me, just went to his next patient. He wasn’t gentle at all and is a complete jerk. I chose to drive here from longview because of the reviews. Its hard to find a great dentist. The dr and staff are so kind! He is understanding and kind and helpful and takes his time with you. So many dentists are rushed. Anyway thank you guys for making going to the dentist more pleasant!
Horrible experience the doctor made rude comments about my family and made me wait hours for a simple procedure. I would not take any kids here it’s not a child friendly establishment.
Called to schedule an appointment due to severe pain, was able to get an appointment the following day! Found out i needed my wisdom teeth pulled, i haven’t had good experiences with past dentists and haven’t been to one in years, but everyone here especially Dr.Okafor made things so comfortable for me. They care about your wellbeing, and are funny so it lightens the mood. Referred my bf and he’s getting some work done also!
