I am a huge dental phobic. I walked in with my sweaty palms and very nervous. Denise was so welcoming. There are beverages if you'd like. Denise did my CT Scans and talked me through the steps of my chosen procedure. Dr. B came in and reviewed the scans with me and explained everything to me and showed me some photographs of results. My first visit at the Dental Wellness office in Chagrin Falls was very pleasant. Walking in and first meeting Denise, one of the dental assistants. Having the opportunity to meet the doctor who was so very easy and comfortable to talk to. Both answered all questions and explained the procedure completely.
Dr. B is professional, personable, and genuinely cares about his patients. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and puts his patients’ comfort first. I highly recommend The Dental Wellness Company.
