An early 2024 I had Dr Kent replaced my dentures. During the summer a front tooth fell out. Dr Kent we glued it. December the 22nd another tooth fell out. They were on vacation so I couldn't reach them until January 4th. By then another tooth had fallen out. Three and one year. I sent them a picture and ask them to get back to me how they wanted to handle it. They said they would reglue the lost teeth at no charge. Since it is substandard dentures I told them no. I’m almost positive that I have finally found a dentist who cares about the anxiety and fear surrounding dentistry. Dr. Kent is one of the most gentle dentist I’ve met, after meeting him and his staff my fear level has declined! Looking forward to treatment …… stay tuned
The best of the best is right here in Norfolk. Look no further than the Dental Studio. Dr. Kent and staff are phenomenal. His hygienist Mario, is beyond compare. My tooth broke in half. Dr. Kent and all involved restored my tooth. Mario has them soooo white and clean it's easy to keep a smile. Thank you Doctor Kent for being my favorite dentist ever, and surrounding yourself with such a competent and friendly staff.
