I may be writing this out of anger or disappointment. I walked into this dental office on a Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. asked about insurance and the receptionist said i was good to go and that i was in network. Was very excited because i am having issues with my gums. on the day of my appt I came in ready to go but realized I came way too early at 10am and the appt was set for 4pm. I have avoided and put off my dental work for a while because I had horrible experience with dentists before, finally pain drove me to get it taken care of. I was recommended Dr Kent and he was amazing. I even had a panic attack but they never made me feel embarrassed held my hand through everything, explained it all and we got it all taken care of. Dr. John and Mario are a winning team, well worth the drive from the oceanfront! I have weak teeth from growing up in WV wo flouride, yet still no cavities and no pain!
