I had a tooth extraction at this clinic, and my experience was great! Kayla, the dental assistant, was so kind and supportive. She made me feel comfortable and much less nervous about the procedure. The dentist , Dr. Gerlach, also did an excellent job making everything quick and easy. His injection was smooth and much less painful than what I’ve experienced with other dentists. Showed up for appointment that I received a reminder text and reminder email regarding. Yet front desk said no appointment. I showed them text and email and woman was RUDE!!
I just want to let everyone know that they're completely rude and disrespectful on all levels I called ahead and let them know that I want to make it to my appointment and they're unwilling to reschedule it and and whoever I spoke to on the phone you're super rude I highly don't recommend this place for anyone that's the customer service you give people you're in the wrong business
The office manager is very rude and combative and is not a good listener at all. She truly needs to be fired. She has no compassion at all and will have you run in circles when its pertaining to insurance information and giving false information because they are all about a DOLLAR and not the concern or safety for patient's dental health. I didn't even get a chance to schedule and then she disconnected. I would not recommend anyone. GOOD LUCK!!!!
Waste of time, don’t bother going. Even if you pay out of pocket.
