The office manager is very rude and combative and is not a good listener at all. She truly needs to be fired. She has no compassion at all and will have you run in circles when its pertaining to insurance information and giving false information because they are all about a DOLLAR and not the concern or safety for patient's dental health. I didn't even get a chance to schedule and then she disconnected. I would not recommend anyone. GOOD LUCK!!!!
Waste of time, don’t bother going. Even if you pay out of pocket.
I just wanna say, did these people do an amazing job. I had a last minute broken tooth. The kneaded extraction, they performed amazing, very quick, clean and fast. I cannot speak of them highly enough. They're absolutely great people. Heidi is a very amazing person. And doctor gerlach it was very precise, very quick and very kind. I ami'm still very happy that they could help me today. And did such a great job.
Dr Gerlach and assistant Kayla are excellent. Friendly, compassionate, and extremely skilled. I've been going to Dr Gerlach for about 15 years. Excellent service, very clean facilities, and almost pain free. The worst part of the extractions is the local anesthetic shot, but Dr Gerlach is very talented in administering it. I highly recommend them.
Was denied service because I wouldn’t divulge how I used marijuana. Stated that yes I do use daily, but since I would not answer which way I consumed it, I was asked to reschedule for a day where I would be more cooperative. The Practice Manager called back to address my concerns, but was very combative and argued that since the law changed and made it legal that they have every right now before providing service and will not work with me if I don’t tell them.
