Awful. Called to see if they did tooth extraction as my daughter's regular dentist said she needed it. They said to schedule. Guess what. They lied. Got another referral and had to pay 66 before I left. Then received another bill for 33 which i paid online. Then I received another bill for 66.i called and they said I didn't pay the bill before I left or online.. really? They said I had to pay a third time. A bunch of liars and thieves. How are they even in business.
★ 1/5 stars My experience at this dental specialist’s office was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, lacking any warmth or enthusiasm. After providing my ID and insurance information, I was given a quote significantly higher than my insurance’s out-of-pocket estimate. Liz is the very best dental hygienist ever! Periodontal cleanings usual hurt, but not at Dr. Petersen's at The Dental Specialists. I no longer dread going to the dentist.
