My family and I always have a good experience. We have been going for over 15 years. They have the nicest and friendliest staff.
Dr. Maxey is such an amazing dentist! He always makes sure his work is perfect and cares about his patients. He and his staff are all very professional and caring. Very thorough work! I would highly recommend him; he will be my dentist for life.
On 04/16/19, the receptionist told me due to my cancelling repair work giving Dr. Maxey ONLY two days notice AND not have returned her phone call to remind me of a cleaning I had missed, I would need to call each day to see if they had a cancelation to get my work done. She stated cancelled work and rescheduling cleanings creates an unnecessary burden for Dr. Maxey. I'm sure Dr. Maxey has no idea his receptionist is utterly a rude and cold representative of his practice. I hung up on her rather than sinking to her level. Nei... read more
