All I needed was respect and a good experience coming at this office location as a first time patient (Heard so much positive feedback about this place). I called and asked to speak to the manager, since the receptionist messed up my schedule appointment (There was a lack of empathy and concern displayed when speaking with me), plus I waited for almost 3 hours on my first visit just for an x-ray the week prior.
