Wow the receptionist had horrible customer service. I was in the middle of asking her a question and her words were "i have another call" and hung up on me. If that's how they treat people before they even come in then I will not be giving them my money
My boyfriend and I had the worst experience at the dental ER. I don’t think we’ve ever been treated so disrespectfully in our lives by a healthcare professional and the team. It seemed as if they were just trying to make their money and get us out the door as quickly as possible. The Doctor didn’t even give us the time of day. The Dental ER is great! My wife has been a patient of Dr. Dave’s for many years and has always been well cared for. I switched to the Dental ER, the staff is friendly and helpful. I am glad I made the change to Dr. Dave and his team.
