Wonderfully relaxing!!
Their website explicitly says that they take Medicaid. They do not. Based on conversations on the phone it seems like they do not understand insurance and billing well. I switched here from another dental clinic. At my first appointment they took x-rays. After looking at those the dentist told me I had two cavities to be filled and they would send the info to my insurance. Great dental clinic! It was very easy to make appointments for my mother's dental work. They were able to get her x-rays from her previous dentist and always checked first to make sure her insurance covered the work before proceeding with the appointment.
Really great. As someone that deals with trauma around my teeth, they got me to a point where I was taking care of them again! They numb you up real good when needed too, which was a new experience for me when first coming here.
This dental office is terrible. I took my daughter in for a toothache she gets whenever she eats crunchy food. They made us wait a long time, said insurance approval for a cavity would take two months, and later told us the filling doctor no longer works there, offering only temporary medication instead of fixing the problem.
