I just had the worst experience I have ever had with the Dental Center. I have taken my kids to the Dental Center in South Bend and then Warsaw for nearly 20 years and I will never step foot inside another Dental Center again after today. The doctor was rude, inconsiderate, lacked compassion for our situation, showed no aplogy for their office's scheduling mistake, and humiliated me in front of the entire staff and waiting room. My daughter needs a lot of work done on her teeth. The ladies there were great with her and she was comfortable the whole time. Great experience from someone who has fears of the dentist.
For the most part we have had great service from this office. We were just there today and I have a daughter with Down Syndrome that needed three teeth pulled. Poor thing had previously (in another town) had a horrible experience with a Dentist. Dr. Moore and her Hygienist were wonderful with her today. I could not be more pleased at their professionalism with my daughter. Kudos to Dr. Moore and her team. We have seen the other Dentist there did not much care for her.
