They are very kind and helpful
Seems like the past few appointments have gone downhill. The dental assistants have poor bedside manner and lack empathy, especially for kids that have had bad prior experiences and anxiety going to the dentist. This latest visit, there was my child and another child checked in with the same name and neither dental assistant verified their identities before taking them back for their treatments.
