I happened to drive by Dent Repair Shop of Austin and decided to stop in on a whim to get a quote for a small, annoying dent on my Audi RS6. The owner, Charlie, was incredibly welcoming from the second I walked in. Instead of just handing me a piece of paper, he had me roll the car right into the garage to take a look. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and he literally knocked the dent out right then and there. If I could give more stars, I would. I’ve heard horror stories about some of the PDR shops. I read the good reviews and without an appointment, walked in and talked to Charlie. He explained everything clearly, clear pricing, showed me all the hail dings under the light I couldn’t see with naked eye. Best deal in town on pricing. Without question. Got my car back that day and it’s absolutely perfect. I wish I could find an auto glass repair this professional. I could not be happier.
My bumper nearly fell off and I had to park in the closest parking spot which happened to be this repair shop. Charlie came right out to make sure everything was alright. He was able to patch up my issue enough for me to get to the appropriate bumper repair shop. He went out of his way to help me and give me his best recommendations out of the kindness of his heart. This saved my whole day!

Highly recommend. When my car door was dented by another car door, I wasn't sure how I would be able to fix it. Charlie completely took care of it. I can't even tell that there was ever a dent there. Not only that, Charlie stayed late one day to do the work since I was so eager to get my door fixed. Thank you!
