Extremely impressed! The Dent Guys in Fallston are fantastic!! I never thought that they would be able to completely and seamlessly remove the dent in my (flawless) 2023 F150. My technician was Jeremy. He is knowledgeable, professional, very fair, and prompt. The result was like magic! I very highly recommend Jeremy and the team. - Dave V.
Had an issue with a recent repair, so I texted a few pictures over and I was told that wasn’t the same dent. So I went back in to the shop to ask about it, just to get laughed at and told that it wasn’t the dent he had worked on, and I was lying, so clearly his mind was already set, and wouldn’t even take a step back to hear what I was saying before getting upset and defensive. Had proof with before and after pictures but still wouldn’t admit he was mistaken. Professionalism and customer service severely lacking.
If you need paint-less dent removal this is the place. 3rd time using them and always a smooth transaction. From sever deer damage on doors to dents in the hood the outcome has been amazing! Much cheaper than a body shop and no paint to try and match up! Go see Jeremy. You will not be sorry! A+
