I have been using the Better Business Bureau for years to find honest quality services. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the result.I cannot comment on the quality of repairs this company provides because after a month of waiting for a bid, for a never received repair, I have to find another repair shop.I made an appointment to get a dent repaired in my rear bumper. I recently learned that **** also offers auto mechanic services. I had grease and oil dripping from my car that turned out to be much more serious than I anticipated. Both of my coaxles needed replacing. **** took pictures of the underside of my car and explained what was happening, plus the oil that was leaking. I was in an auto accident in December of 2022 and needed repair work done on the back end of my Honda CRV. FIVE STAR ?? WITHOUT QUESTION!!!! I had what I thought was a minor fender ******, and it turned out to be quite a bit more work. The Dent Co did an awesome job on my sons **** ***** Pickup. Even thou its an older truck with many memories, they gave us a great deal and fantastic job on the paint! The truck was peeling on one side and had some rust around the wheel/fender area. They fixed it and looks brand new! Definitely recommend The Dent Co to everyone!
