Rob is a great guy to deal with. He delivered the pellets the time he said he would. All the skids were wrapped real good to keep moisture out. After he left I opened all the skids and restacked I didn't find one bag ripped open or any with moisture in. Rob was real helpful and put the skids where I needed. Thank you denrich company you are my new pellet supplier

I have been getting wood pellets for 4 years from Rob delivered to me in Bethelehem Township. He is very friendly, service is great, you leave a call he will get back quickly to you. Pellets are quaility and well kept upon arrival, never have bags with holes in them. So glad I stopped dealing with Big box stores (Lowes).

Rob said he wanted to charge me a $50 premium because he doesnt want to scratch his new $100k box truck driving up my driveway with our tall trees. Lol these pellet guys are hilarious. He said he has plenty of business right now. So on to the next vendor i guess. First Bucks Pellets now him. Sad to see small business owners take our business for granted.
