Small but mighty, this is how I would describe the Den. They are working to build something and I want to share why that’s important to me. I’m a disabled veteran. Some of my injuries and pain have at time brought me to a place where I no longer wanted to be here. I happened to meet Ren and Dante through a men’s group that Dante was a part of. I tried a few gyms when I wanted to learn women’s self defense before finally finding the Den. Come for the classes and stay for the incredible community! The owner, Dante, is very knowledgeable and creates a safe, inviting space for all levels. Hope to see you there!
