Vibe is toxic, says not Vasa but Vasa is friendlier
I’ve had a wonderful time at this gym so far taking up to a few classes a week. I had met Dante around through work, knew of our mutual love for running, and then got to know him better and really made a bond while placing 2nd to his 1st place at the 20 day Buffalo Lodge “Burrito League” we both showed up to this winter. The Den is an incredible gym full of exceptional people and athletes. Ren and Dante are great coaches who mentored me through some injury and challenge. The place is affordable and home grown and all around awesome. Thanks for what you do!
These folks are incredible. Right when you enter Manitou, with plenty of parking. They are more than a fighters gym. They are masters of Movement, body mechanics and fitness dynamics. S&C, METCON, a Run club. A donations supplier for community members. They help people in need and provide some free classes, and their FITNESS is the highest level you can get in the area.
