I have a $150 gift certificate to The DEN Meditation that my friends gave me for my birthday in March (right before the first pandemic lock down) and no one at The DEN Meditation is responding to me. I see they are advertising gift certificates on their website now for the holidays - buyers BEWARE.
I had been coming for sometime trying out a few classes, there are some cool classes. It helps me calm down after work. I had a terrible experience though with the owner, she is always uptight and unfriendly and I feel unwelcome. Also Tashi Powers class was very awful. This woman is not a people person either. Tales of planets and scare tactics about mercury in retrograde. I would stay away from Tashi Powers class unless you want to waste money!
During a few of the most difficult years of my life, The Den was quite literally a home away from home for me. Through taking their classes and workshops, I delved deeper than ever into my psyche and soul, releasing years of unhelpful conditioning and stopping more into what I’m here on this Earth to do. Thank you for being a safe, healing sanctuary to those in need. I highly recommend The Den to anyone from the novice to the pro and everyone in between.
