The Den is The TRUTH! Kickboxing combined with a workout like no other designed to produce results. I have been a member since January and lost 25 pounds the first 3 months and I continue to tone. My teenage daughters are also members and they love it. Classes teach self-defense and helps them stay fit between sports activities. The owner is the best; professional, enthusiastic, accountable, and motivating. The Den is the only place for me and my family.
First of all these other review are probably not from true customers because I've tried to get in contact with the gym through chat [which is the only way and I haven't gotten a response]. The app that they have in their update part for their appointments doesn't even show them. Maybe I mightve had a better chance if I could just contact them, ohhh wait I can't call only leave a text through a chat that they probably wouldn't get back to.
Awesome gym, and shout to RJ, very professional and motivated instructor. Highly recommend it!!!
