We’ve lived here since 2022, and the difference between prior management and the current ownership is night and day — and not in a good way. Since the new ownership took over, this place has steadily gone downhill. Safety has been a real concern. I personally witnessed a man violently assaulting his pregnant partner in the courtyard — to the point where I had to call 911 and later speak with detectives — and he is still a resident here. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Please read this before considering moving here. Also, hope you take pictures of the people you talk to in the leasing office because they will deny not recalling talking to you ever. • Misinformation and Lost Paperwork: The office repeatedly gave incorrect leasing information and even told us to sign the wrong lease initially “just to get the process started.” Later, during move-out, despite providing written notice per the lease agreement, the office claimed they never received ... read more
Staff is very helpful and responsive. Arleen in particular helped me with multiple issues I was experiencing and helped resolve them in a timely manner. She's a rock star!
The crew at the Den is top notch. Treating them with respect, kindness and understanding is always reciprocated. They’ve gone the extra mile whenever things go sideways. When asked, they do whatever they can to accommodate. From management to maintenance I’m very happy with how things are running on property. Upper management should recognize them as they will advocate for residents whenever possible.
