My boyfriend and I currently live here and he has been here since 2021. When new owners / management took over this place become a joke. I submitted a service request and it took TWO weeks for anyone to get here. They added parking fees, but haven't changed anything about the parking (see picture of a GUEST car on the 4th floor that has been here since SEPTEMBER - almost April now) one elevator out of two on the busy side of the building has been broken since the holidays. New management added hidden fees, not a single mention of the new $75 parking fee until after signing new lease. Old management didn’t have parking fee.
I’ve lived here for years, and the service used to be excellent. The on-site team handled everything—from lease renewals to maintenance requests—quickly and efficiently. However, since the new management company based in NYC took over, it has been a frustrating experience. Parking, which was once free, now costs $75 per month, and there are numerous hidden fees. The most frustrating change is the lack of direct communication. There is no longer a phone number for the on-site team—calls are routed to an off-site corporate off... read more
Locked out of the building with my dog in the apartment and even the ‘emergency’ maintenance is unable to help. I have called, emailed, and can’t believe I pay this much to live here and can’t reach anyone for help on a Monday. UPDATE: Despite the response below from the owner it has been 14 hours and I still have not been reached out to. I did call them with their direct number initially along with multiple calls to their emergency line.
