Well worth your money and time – The staff and trainers really know their stuff. I am over weight and out of shape and I didnt have any idea what to expect, and the coaches as they call them really helped me, and made me feel very comfortable. pricey club is not worth it – The prices for this club are outrageous. The inside of the gym is dated and just doesn't look good. For the price you pay to join, you should not ever have to pay a monthly fee. Because I could not see where the money was going - except the lockers - they are nice. Spin room was way too small, and its just your basic gym. No ammenities like a pool, tennis courts...nothing.
