A place with utilities and wifi in the price. Nice.
I absolutely love living here. My one bedroom apartment is perfect and very well maintained. They are wonderful to work with and assist with anything that comes up.
Having lived at a Dels location for over a year and a half, I have to say it has been pleasant. Growing pains throughout company has hindered communication at times but overall, I am happy with my experience. When I first moved in, I was in a struggle with a lot of life changes. They made it easy and helped me get into a place of my own. I lived in that apartment until time for a bigger place, and I didn’t bother looking elsewhere.
