Living here was a nightmare for us… My partner and I moved here because it was affordable & a good amount of space for us. When we moved in (May 2026), it was alright at first. There were roaches, though, and lots of them. We were having to spray every single night. There were times when they said that pest control was coming by and we were never even sure that they came because I would be at the apartment for most of the day and never see them. Great experience working with Abbie Poche and the rest of The Dels crew! Very knowledgeable staff and beautiful place to live.
It was a good experience living here, rent is reasonable and the resident hotline is very helpful and responsive!
I highly recommend getting one of these apartments because it's very clean and the management is very nice.. and this would be a great starter place for someone who is wanting to b independent. And the prices for the apartment is very affordable.. and it's in the perfect spot due to there is grocery stores and it's on the main strip of Magnolia, Ar.. it's in a good area. Very friendly neighbors. And I love it here!!!
I've lived here since they opened so for a year now and its been a huge help being that all utilities are included. The hotline for tenats have been great with communication and solving any issues I've had which have only been one and it hasn't been a problem since!
