Moved in about 2 years ago at the dells wyota west apts. At the time lost our apt of 16 years and had no idea where we would go. Also we had 4 cats and that alone made it really hard to find a place. Along with the moving in fees. So when I saw the dells had apts available I was hopeful. They made it possible for my daughter and I to have somewhere to go. No big fees for moving in or big pet fees! Truly a lifesaver! If you're starting out or starting over I'd highly recommend The Dells wyota. Susana Glichman Ribach

I have been living in the Munger Moss Commons since October. My rooms are more than I expected. The old time decor is nice. I have only had one problem and a few questions and they were all addressed promptly. They have very much helped me get back on my feet. The maintenance staff is great and keeps things running and looking very nice. I have felt welcome here and stable. Thats priceless. The affordability that the company is offering is filling a much needed gap. Peter S.

Munger moss. There no application fee which was awesome. They work with you every step of the way and work with you. We need a place to go and they truly help us!
