HORRIBLE COMPANY! I put in an application over a month ago. I’ve got no emails no phone calls on my application status. I’ve called every day the past two weeks and I’ve gotten no information. Please do not waste your money on application, especially if they won’t give you any feedback or info don’t waste your time. They’re greedy and full scams.

Dels fraudulently touted "450sf", "upscale," "high-end," "Euro-inspired," "micro studio," "efficiency estates" are glossed-over seedy no-tell motel rooms of ~250sf, so Dels "affordable" housing is near twice fair market value for half the space. This and Dels laxity attracts the same career petty criminal element that freely engages in drug and human trafficking, stalking, harassment, assault, theft. Dels lies about then denies everything. Very clean ,maintaince is repectfull,the staff professional, neighbors are great,quiet clean its home thumbs up del corp.
i have lived here for a year& a half and renewed my lease! I love it here!
