I have leased from the Del Corporation for a year now. Kandace Litty a representative for their company reached out to me after my lease was complete. She let me know that I had several different options on a new lease one of them being a decent discount on my first month new lease. Kandace was very informative, professional and polite. Which is unfortunately rare these days. So thank you Kandace for all the above and saving me some money!
I really enjoyed living in this studio apartment. It was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, the neighbors were quiet, and management was always helpful when needed. Great place for anyone looking for a comfortable space.
RUN! DON'T RENT HERE! $925.00 per month and $500.00 deposit. It's a hotel turned into studio apartments. After I rented the apartment I left a couple lawn chairs inside because I had been cleaning. When I returned with my things my chairs were gone. I was told I'd be reimbursed. I sorta was. They gave it back to me as part of my deposit but then changed my deposit amount to account for the chairs. I’m new to Del and so far I’m loving it! The other tenants seem very friendly, the staff has been so helpful and friendly. I had a week to move and the dels got me right in. They’re very cute, quiet, safe place to be. I highly recommend this place! 😊
Have lived here over 2 years staff has always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues the grounds are kept very nicely are always a priority. The management is always quick to point out any issues that anyone has that might affect other tenants in a courteous way and keeps you informed of any information you need . Overall I have had a very good experience and would and have recommended Sugarloaf Studios .
