I’m new to Del and so far I’m loving it! The other tenants seem very friendly, the staff has been so helpful and friendly. I had a week to move and the dels got me right in. They’re very cute, quiet, safe place to be. I highly recommend this place! 😊
Have lived here over 2 years staff has always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues the grounds are kept very nicely are always a priority. The management is always quick to point out any issues that anyone has that might affect other tenants in a courteous way and keeps you informed of any information you need . Overall I have had a very good experience and would and have recommended Sugarloaf Studios .
My sister was interested in the Dels there in Heber so we called several times to get an appointment to visit with them with no return calls , she then decided we would drive up there from conway with no luck either. There wasn't an office no one available that.we seen on tje property...
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been living there for a few months now and I needed something unexpectedly, ASAP. The price is affordable with utilities included and I also get to keep my fur baby for only $25 extra a month. Apartments are freshly remodeled and completely modern. All my neighbor's have been great and there is 24/7 on site maintenance and laundry on site as well. The environment is quiet and super close to absolutely everything. In my experience, any concerns I've had have been addressed in a timely manner. My communications with management have been positive, and constructive. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to become part of the Dels community.
