We moved into the motel because we had a house fire the one thing I wish you would fix is putting in some kind of kitchen because it is very hard to make meals with just a microwave and min refrigerator so if you don’t mind please consider that
Great place to live signed my second lease management and maintenance are on top of things keeping the property safe and clean and are very friendly I’m so very happy I found this place thank you Dels Corp for being here

Been here for 6 months and recently signed a year lease management is very nice and friendly and great at resolving issues maintenance is very good at fixing things I have been telling people about the Dels Corp that if they know anybody looking for a great place go check out the Dels corp 5 stars
This place has been a blessing for me and my family, not having to worry about utilities and just rent every month. They are kind and understanding of situations if they arise and are quick to get things fixed as soon as possible and are gracious as long as you are up front with them!
