I have lived here since February and it’s genuinely appalling! There are roaches absolutely everywhere to the point where I can barely sleep! They will ask for rent a week early but won’t deal with maintenance until you refuse rent. There are fights in the parking lot which I will add to this review including the roaches I’ve seen. They are slum lords who won’t release your rental background to leave to a reputable place. I have been a tenant for 11 months, the management is absent and only present to collect rent via online portal. No maintenance is done without complaint and the maintenance team is unresponsive taking weeks or more to follow up. Currently the dog area wich used to be a swimming pool is full of stagnant water containing urine and feces. The pump to drain said pool is non functioning but when it did work it discharged onto the parking lot creating an obvious environmental health hazard.
