I have been a tenant for 11 months, the management is absent and only present to collect rent via online portal. No maintenance is done without complaint and the maintenance team is unresponsive taking weeks or more to follow up. Currently the dog area wich used to be a swimming pool is full of stagnant water containing urine and feces. The pump to drain said pool is non functioning but when it did work it discharged onto the parking lot creating an obvious environmental health hazard. Good reviews are being incentivized with a $500 for 3 tenants reward. The apartment is small. The kitchen appliance(a nutrichef stove/oven) works, but is subpar. Expect to bring your own appliances. I spent an hour and a half boiling water earlier. After 2 hours though I was still able to make good dinner. The neighbors are friendly and seem to stick up for the community.
