I've lived here for 6 months. Value for price is good. Getting any help from the company? Not likely. They use AI to answer the phone. You will not get a human being. Had serious issue and the number given for my site manager was the same AI. I honestly will not recommend this company unless you have no choice.
I just moved in and pet policy and how easy it was to apply and be accepted was awesome and fast had the tour the same day!!! I love my balcony and I love how clean nice everyone is!!! Temporary or long term I will recommend The Dels!! 10/10!! They will work with you as long as u communicate and stay in contact with them!! Apply now on ur new apt!! Ohh and they have laundry room as well!!
these studio apartments are very nice & afforable. the staff is quick to respond. i had no isdues. its very quiet also. i love it here.
Internet is free can't complain but it's horrible. Won't stay connected and takes forever to reconnect.
