Also known as the Orchard in Clarksville Arkansas it is located conveniently next to Interstate 40. A beautiful building renovated and modernized with super clean apartments and plenty of parking. The apartments come with all in one rent, wifi, trash, electric and water. The management is responsive to requests and needs and all of the residents are vetted and friendly. You couldn't find a better place to live.And pet friendly!
I have been living here at the Clarksville Dels since October 2025 and it has been wonderful! The whole property is clean and very well maintained with onsite laundry. Very affordable with utilities and wifi included in the price, as well as a flexible payment plan for the deposit. very pet-friendly environment. The location is perfect, close to shops and dining.
