My experience here at the Dels have been great so far I had an issue with my door and I contacted the company and they came right on and fixed the issue, I have no complaints, it wasn’t hard applying I sent my application in and within hours I was approved, it’s a wonderful place to live thank you Dels for accepting me….
I’m so thankful for The Dels & their hardworking team! I moved back home in such short notice of time & they were one of the ONLY places who didn’t hesitate to get me & my children placed into a beautiful unit! Since December, I’ve had ZERO problems and if anything went wrong or I needed help from maintenance they never hesitate to step in & get the job done in NO TIME! Wonderful team to work with & beautiful living, I can’t complain! Whatever you do, don’t hesitate to join us at The Dels! Great Job Team!
We’re still new to the apartment complex, but so far everything has been great. Our unit was clean upon move-in. We haven’t had any issues whatsoever. I like that there is onsite laundry, and all the utilities are included in the monthly rent. Very convenient!

I have been a resident for about 1.5 years now and I’ve never had any major issues. If I need anything fixed, it’s done immediately. I’ve been satisfied with my tenure so far. I don’t know my neighbors but residents I do pass by walking are friendly. Communication, cleanliness of the property, and the location are superb. I do wish there was a business center and/or game room for the residents.
