I was sued by Cedar Park Regional Medical Center (Predator hospital) in 2018 for a 2017 trip to the emergency room. To make a long story short the hospital sued for a fraudulent bill. The bill included upcoding, unbundling, charges for unnecessary medical tests. I was charged for (6) bags of .09% Normal Saline at a cost of $168/bag. This is not a false review. As a defendant, I had to deal with Mr. Deloney in a professional context. He is often slow to respond to correspondence and phone calls, unwilling to meaningfully work with defendants or their counsel regarding debt negotiations, and, specifically with my case, after the judge found in our favor, he made a snide remark to my attorney about his intent to file an appeal, after requesting sanctions, which is just ridiculous in JP courts.
