I needed to find a new apartment. I talked to the Team at Glendale properties and they were wonderful to work with!! First Ed, helping me with the right property and then the right Unit. Lived here for 2 years now and have had small request which are always filled or at least responded to promptly. Eric was great in getting me in and keeping in touch. Great distance to everything walking and by car. Friendly staff and neighbors for the most part. Big plus there are free parking options and paid options. Really can’t complain.
We worked with Eric Lawler when we rented and now for almost a year. Eric has been great to work with. He explains the details fully and is always quick to respond to questions. Eric has been very accommodating to our schedule. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Glendale is a well run efficient operation that responds to our needs.
This apartment complex is well located. The apartments are spacious and the maintenance team does a good job taking care of problems. My biggest issue and the reason why I left is the spiders. There are tenants who have lived here for years who have never opened their windows because the spider issue is so bad. It's crazy. Big huge spiders literally dangling off the building while you are in the parking lot walking inside. The balcony was great but i never got to use it because the infestation was so strong. Since Glendale took over 1217 Delaware projects are continuously started and actually completed. The work is well done and the staff is extremely pleasant and efficient. This building is very unique. The out door spaces of balconies on every unit are hard to find in other apartment buildings. They are spacious and some tenants do small scale gardening as well as enjoy the outdoors with the refreshing breezes in our area.
