Delamar Greenwich Harbor is an amazing hotel. The service at this hotel is 5 star. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends!!!
Ok place to stay but total lack of response when essential receipts requested multiple times by multiple parties suggests a poor attitude to guests. Absolutely definitely promised by phone but never delivered. Add the insult of being asked to recommend them as a place to stay when they ignore guests. Sick of asking nicely. So now I’m an annoyed and unhappy ex client.

We stayed here this weekend. Beautifully-appointed hotel throughout. Very comfortable room. Greeted upon check-in with glasses of champagne (very classy touch). Fantastic dinner at their restaurant, L'Escale. If we're ever back in the Greenwich area, we would love to stay here again.

The restaurant got our dinner order wrong, and then at breakfast we were ignored for 20 minutes before anyone even brought us coffee or water. The hotel is nice, but the television doesn't get many channels and isn't broadcast in HD. There is also no sort of medication in the premises. So if you need an Advil you're SOL.
