Hello !! I was in a situation of selling and buying a home ! I was stressed and overwhelmed. But as soon as I contacted the Del real group, a lot of that stress was gone. Eddie Sanchez was my Agent and let me tell you he goes above and beyond for you! He treats you like family and has your back whether it’s saving you money or even dealing with your ex husband hahah. The Del Real group is the place you want to go with when buying or selling a home ! Sonia Gutierrez is amazing too her smile and calm demeanor is perfection.
Taylor with her team are the best and truly helpful to work with throughout the home buying process. She made the experience so easy As first time home buyer I wasn’t even sure of the home buying process , which steps i should do in which order, but she helped me through it all and made sure i stayed on track. She was also extremely helpful in negotiating to the seller and coordinating our closing date and all of our inspections once when I went on under contract. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
