We have worked with Deja as prospects for land on sale. She and her team have accepted our verbal offer and we were in the phase of preparing a written offer. Due to COVID-19, our bank was delayed in getting back to us about our loan application—which usually would take a day because we were pre-approved. RecommendedAlmost missed my window with the sale of my family home, but extensive marketing and a goal oriented towards a new family type worked out for all of us.
