My cocktail is yummy
I came because of the reviews, but the food is mediocre at best. This was my 2nd visit, and I am still not impressed. The servers were great and that's all I can say.
A great, small, down-home, southern spot loved by locals. Right on the campus of Hampton U surrounded by several boutique shops and oyher small restaurants. Our server was delightful - very friendly and fast. We happened upon this spot after visiting my Aunt in town. Highly recommend!! Best meal I've had in a long time. We ate from the brunch menu and all loved our creme brulee French toast, chicken n waffle sandwich, and the shrimp po' boy. The reason for this review is want others to know and cautious in what to order. Very disappointed...the food, service, and experience. Total of paid dishes is one (fried Unicorn Fish) Menu does not match online. There were not as many options and more details below. The Gin Tonic didn't taste very good either. We ate outside takes a good time for the waitress to come out and take our orders or bring in food.
