The wait was worth the end result. Joyce provided helpful decorating advice for our dining room window treatment project. Our installer Jose was an artisan putting the components together. Highly recommend.
We planned on purchasing Graber blinds through the Costco partnership. Denise from The Decorating Store provided excellent service. She checked in ahead of time to confirm our appointment, offered great advice and was very patient with our many questions. Unfortunately, Graber did not offer exactly what we were looking for so we ended up not buying from them. But we would work with Denise again in a heartbeat!
We bought Graber shades through Costco, and The Decorating Store provided all the service. Their consultant, Denise, was extremely professional and helpful from the selection of shades to the explanation of process. We were very pleased with the installation as well.
Called here to introduce myself and Eric was quick to dismiss me. Was calling to introduce myself to the owner and he rudely says you have no idea what we even do and hung up. No and honestly now I don't even care. Customer Service 0 stars.
