Great experience dealing with the Decor Guys for my wedding recently! Super patient with some changes that needed to be made along the way and were even able to accommodate a change in delivery time with no issue. All the decor was as described and the employees who dropped off and picked up were really nice as well. Thank you Decor Guys!
On behalf of the Trade Sensation Events team, we had a great experience working with the Decor Guys for one of our wedding couples! They were prompt with their response and gave us clear date and time for delivery, which they honored and did safely for the items required! Overall a great working experience with the team!
Have used their services several times...great service from ordering to delivery to pick up. Recommended. :)
I ordered 2 propane heaters and from ordering to delivery, The Decor Guys were responsive, prompt and true to their word. Delivery was seamless, made some suggestions as to where we should set them up. Would 100% use them again!
Fair pricing, smooth set up, super professional & friendly staff that were extremely helpful, and overall fantastic experience!
