I placed an order and unfortunately ordered extra material. When I called to inquire about a return, the service was terrible and they told me they were better off, not even getting involved in the sale. I’ve spoke to three different reps here and all three had terrible customer service. Which is unfortunate because they do have a good showroom.
We had an amazing experience at Decking superstore. The front desk people Chantel and Blair were very knowledgeable about wood and building decks, and gave us a lot of useful advice. But my main thanks go to the owner, Richard, who gave us the very beautiful cumaru hardwood at the best price. Not a single board had to be replaced. We bought random lengths, and Richard ensured that we had good distribution. Thank you very much Richard, Chantel and Blair!
Richard and the team are amazing! Very informative and answered all our questions. They have all the different brands built on two decks so you can truly feel the look and texture out in a real demo environment. If you’re serious about a deck project, you better come here or you’ll regret it.
