Great product line, good service, rather large disconnect from retail space and yard though. They should do better.
PVC DECK BOARDS...a little more expensive at first but the low maintenance sold me on it. The Deck Store built our deck in 2021 and they did an excellent job. The quality and appearance of the deck are excellent. We recently had an issue with the glass railing on our deck( that was not installed by The Deck Store). We followed up with the railing company that installed it and were told that we would have to remove the glass to complete the repair and would be charged $500 which we would have to prepay to have the company come out. Purchased Tiva Coat online and I had to call to follow up as they did not email me to inform me it was in. I drove 1 hour to pick it up as they are the only Canadian location that sells it. When I got there I told the sales desk I was there to pick up the Tiva Coat I ordered online. She gives me a container and a receipt. I go back to the car and look at the container and it’s Fasten Master Deck Coating. Not Tiva Coat. I go back inside and tell her that I ordered Tiva Coat and that they gave me Fasten Master. I was hoping to not have to write this review but when I did not get a response back from the VP who I was wanting to share my experience with I am now writing a Google review. I had a less than positive experience with the deck store on the Service road in Oakville. There was a delay in getting the supply list to my contractor, even though Stacey continued to promise it tomorrow and then follow up with how busy she was.
