i recently visited the Deck Store in search of have a problem solved. I was greeted by Stacey who presented herself and engaged me to help solve my issue. She was wonderful , help full and willing to give me her time to help. She was sure not to make me feel dumb when the problem was a simple fix. The experience was such that i wanted to give a big thanks . Great customer service is rare these days but NOT in this situation. Stacey was five star. I had the absolute pleasure working with Stacy at the Deck Store Oakville today. I needed a small quantity of Trex decking to finish off my deck and she was kind enough to go out and check her invention in her yard and let me know what was available. When I got there she helped pull out several pieces to pick out the best ones. We are so lucky to have the Deck Store so close by that actually stocks material.
