Deck Replacement Project - The sales experience was excellent and Mark Roberts sold me on the product and the replacement/installation process however the logistical and demo/installation was an absolutely horrible experience. First, the sub-contractors communication was less than stellar to the point he (Jose) communicated that his team would be on-site and then not show. From the beginning to the end, we had a great experience! Kerry arrived on time with samples and went over the process. I had two other estimates prior. Both were several thousand dollars more, and they weren’t even going to demolish the existing deck that was very old. They were going to reuse the frame. Kerry kept me informed along the way about start dates and everything! Once the project team arrived, the deck was finished in about a week, and that is including rain days. Would definitely recommend! From start to finish everyone involved was extremely professional and helpful.
The deck and fence company installed an amazing deck and lattice in my backyard quickly despite extremely hot weather for a very reasonable price. They also cleaned up the area around it afterwards. I was impressed by both the quality of their work and their professionalism.
