We love our apartment and this community. Our place had a couple of maintenance issues such as leaky faucet. The maintenance crew here are friendly and quick to act on calls. We put in a request late at night and the following morning, Mr. Colbert came out to our unit and quickly resolved all concerns.
Edit 6/2/25- The trash situation needs to be figured out. Lately I’ve noticed a ton of trash around the community and the dumpster right at the entrance of the community is absolutely atrocious. What is going on?? However, Thank you to Colbert who helped me carry a very heavy package Up to my apartment! It was not something I could carry myself, very much appreciated.
I went to The Debra Metrowest today for an interview, and I got enchanted with everything and everyone. The team is amazing, everyone was so kind and helpful, something that is definitely important in a workplace environment. I would love to be part of this wonderful community. If you are interested in renting in this apartment complex looking not only for comfort but also a community where you feel welcome and confident this is definitely the ideal place.
