Very nice community, Mishaela was very nice and helpful during the tour, with any questions I had, and made the application process very easy
I've lived here at The Debra Metrowest since the beginning of 2023, and I can confirm that the current management is very, very, very bad. They're disorganized. I just transferred units, and they're simply charging me an unannounced amount. They say one thing and do another. Worse, when questioned, they simply pass the responsibility to someone else and never resolve it. So, what's the result? I’ve Been here over a month waited to see how it was gonna go. A lot of maintenance request since I moved in and also pending requests still not finished since moved in. Wasn’t able to move in on the first day had to wait till the next day was promised a refund for that prorated day still haven’t received it. Paid the second month of rent was charged for a hidden fee for a smart bundle that we wasn’t told about I’m hoping that’s just a one time fee and not every month.
