I worked with Bellator attorneys and legal staff to help me settle legal and property issues relating to a relative who was incapacitated due to dementia. I was very satisfied by their advice and how they handled all the matters - they kept me well informed (I live out of state) and dealt with issues in a timely manner. I was referred to Merrianne to assist with a special needs trust for a friend of mine after a couple of other firms failed to move in a timely manner. The family had been treating the client horribly and trying to take advantage of her and Merrianne stepped in and took charge and reminded them of her clients rights. She ended up getting all that was originally intended for her needs and was able to move on with her life. I would happily refer anyone that needs a firm to fight for them to give them a call!
If you are looking for an estate attorney, look no further. Merrianne and her team are exemplary. I’ve had several attorneys in my life and she is the best. Has your back and is well informed of the process. My last estate attorney butchered our case and made it supremely difficult. Brought Merrianne on board at the last minute. She took control and we couldn’t be happier. Don’t let her know this but she should charge more. We can not recommend a more competent counselor that immerses herself into your case.
