Our family was faced with a “professional” financial elder abuser of my dad, who had Alzheimer's. I was referred to Merrianne to assist with a special needs trust for a friend of mine after a couple of other firms failed to move in a timely manner. The family had been treating the client horribly and trying to take advantage of her and Merrianne stepped in and took charge and reminded them of her clients rights.
