I called Leo about an emergency with my LiftMaster gate, and he agreed to come the next day to take a look at it. We set an appointment, but when the time came, he didn’t show up, didn’t answer my texts or calls, and then blocked my number—despite knowing it was an emergency. That’s both unethical and unprofessional. How can you trust someone like that? Look elsewhere for your garage door needs.
Leo is great. dude came out and swapped my springs out in about 20 mins. also balanced the whole door. thanks Leo. youre my guy from now on.
